How to participate in an auction at M&B Stock:

Registration

To participate in bidding on M&B Stock, you need to set up a free account first. Registration is available for both individuals and companies. All personal details are handled securely in compliance with GDPR regulations and will not be disclosed to third parties.

Bid

When placing a bid on an item, you may either submit a regular bid or choose the buy-it-now option. For full transparency, all bidding activity is displayed publicly. If a bid is made just before the auction closes, the end time will be extended by two minutes to allow every participant a fair opportunity to place their bids.

Payment

If you are the winning bidder and the reserve price has been met, you will receive an email confirming your win. An invoice will then be sent to your email within one hour. The invoice must be paid within 24 hours. Otherwise, a second chance offer will be sent to the highest bidder if the reserve price was met or the auction will be relisted.

Pickup/Shipping

Once the invoice is fully paid, you will be provided with the details about the pickup location and, if relevant, the designated contact person. Pickup instructions are typically sent to your email within two business days. Buyers are responsible for arranging the collection of their own purchases. Certain items may include free shipping or paid shipping options. Please review the auction details for specific information.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If buyers choose to pick up the items themselves and are not satisfied with the purchased products, they have the right to refuse the items and request a full refund. The refund will be processed immediately.

For Sellers

All Sellers must first contact us through our official channels to propose items for sale. Sellers cannot list or post items directly on the platform.
Upon receiving your submission, we will review the details and determine eligibility for inspection.
No item will be listed for auction until it has been inspected and approved by our team to verify authenticity, condition, and suitability.
The inspection may include physical examination, documentation verification, or appraisal by a qualified expert.
If an item passes inspection, we will notify the Seller and prepare the auction listing on the Seller’s behalf. The Seller may suggest a reserve price (minimum acceptable sale price), subject to our approval. We will handle buyer payments and remit proceeds to the Seller after deducting applicable fees or commissions. We may charge Sellers inspection fees, listing fees, or commission on successful sales. All applicable fees will be communicated in writing before the listing is confirmed.
Seller payments will be made within 3-5 business days after the buyer’s payment has been received and cleared.
